New Zealand Email Marketing Software
Before we send your email campaign to your client, we will send you a preview or test version of what they will receive. We will help identify any errors and make modifications to your campaign as necessary before it is sent to your email recipients.
We always check with you before sending out a campaign, to make 100% sure that you are happy with what is being sent. We will ask for your confirmation to 'hit the green button', either over the phone or in writing.
One thing to note: If you receive a preview email with a personalised greeting in the content, it may look something like " Hi {FIRSTNAME}," instead of "Hi John,". The name is pulled from your mailing list data (if it is there) at the time of sending the real campaign.
You should think about when you send your email campaign out so you catch your recipients at their most receptive moments. Research shows that mid-week mailings sent between 11am and 3pm tend to have the best response rate.
As well as thinking about the time of day, think about your timing in line with significant 'calendar' events. If you want to email an offer for Valentine's Day for example, you may want to start your planning in January, Hence allowing time for your lists to be generated, your creative to be produced (your email content) and time for your recipients to respond.
Think about how often you are going to send your emails. Once a month is usually about right. Any more than that, than you may come across as a bit of an email stalker.
