HTML Emails
There are a few things you need to think about with HTML email design. The design and layout of information is critical to whether your recipient reads your email and takes the actions you want them to.
The design can also reinforce your brand.
HTML Email Design Elements
We are experienced in designing for the email marketing environment and in our HTML email design templates, we like to include the following:
- Company logo and contact details
- Heading and date
- Introductory text
- Easy navigation around newsletter content
- Links to other Web pages, including newsletter archives if available
- Images and graphics (but not too many)
- Unsubscribe information
- Personalised authorship and copyright information
- Meta tag information (useful for search engine optimisation when the page is uploaded to an archive area)
The HTML email design template we create for you can be used again and again, as it includes a generic layout. You need to supply text (and images) for the template only for each new email campaign.
