Web Based Account
We will set up your personalised Rocket Mailing account, which is easy to view via the Web. As we're doing the campaign set up for you, all you have to worry about is viewing and monitoring the results.

You can ask our staff to test, preview and send out email campaign previews between 8.30am and 5pm, Mondays and Fridays and to schedule in your mailing for the day and time you specify.

The software behind Rocket Mailing enables automatic management of your mailing lists with regards to unsubscribes, duplicate, bounceback and invalid email addresses. If recipients unsubscribe from your mailing, Rocket Mailing takes that email address off your master mailing list, stored in your account. It also filters out email addresses that have been duplicated in the list and removes from the list those emails that are invalid or that continue to bounce-back mail after several attempts to send mail.

We will help you create templates for text emails to help you deliver consistently formatted messages to your mail recipients, and our design team can create stylish HTML mailings based on either on your existing online branding, or from an entirely new brief.

Rocket Mailing delivers an appropriate format of the message to the recipient by sensing what formats your recipient's email client is capable of receiving. This means you can create messages in text and HTML formats and know that your recipient is likely to receive one version of your message.

We can schedule your mailing at specific times of day, so you can catch recipients at their most receptive.
Spam and Distribution
Rocket Mailing has an inbuilt 'spam detector', which assesses whether your email is likely to have a high spam score and end up in people's 'trash' rather than their inboxes. We use the advice of the spam detector to edit your campaign accordingly.

Multiple servers ensure your message gets through; backups pick up where and when a server goes down. Rocket Mailing will not send your list duplicate messages nor delay your 'email-out.' Tens of thousands of recipients can be emailed at the same time through these servers.

You will only pay for the Web design and email marketing services you use. There are no ongoing account fees or hidden extras. Refer to pricing.

Rocket Mailing is for opt-in lists only - we do not support spam. Rocket Mailing does not sell or pass on email lists or databases of subscribers.
